After joining the online membership of Mapo Art Center website, if you make advance purchase, the advance purchase fee is free.

Information about Reservation/Cancellation deadline

If the day before the viewing date falls on a weekday, Sunday or public holiday - until 5:00 PM
If the day before the performance day is a Saturday - by 11am
(Applicable to website, call center, and visit reservations)
However, if you make a reservation for a Sunday performance through the call center, you can only do it until 5pm on Friday.
※ Reservations cannot be made after the reservation deadline, and can be purchased on site depending on the availability of seats on the day of the performance.

Online reservation

After logging in, please select the required performance, click the booking button, and proceed according to the prompts in the generated reservation window.
(You can check the reservation details in My Page > Confirmation/Cancellation of Reservation.)

Payment option

In case of payment by credit card, payment is available until the end of the reservation period.
In the case of non-bankbook payment, you can select a non-passbook payment method up to 4 days before the performance date
At the time of booking, you must deposit into the designated bank account before the designated remittance date. The deposit deadline is until 11:59 p.m. the next day of the reservation date.
Depending on the bank, online deposits may be restricted after 11:30 p.m., and if the deposit is not received by the deposit deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Payment by mobile phone
Reservations can only be made for the current month depending on the payment method of the carrier, and reservations cannot be made for the next month's performance date.

How to receive advance purchase tickets

On the day of the performance, please go to the ticket office one hour before the start of the performance, and collect the tickets with your ID card and reservation number
If you wish to receive tickets before the performance date, you can call the performance exhibition team in advance to pick up the visit.
(However, this is limited to the tickets reserved on Mapo Art Center website)
