Information about Reservation/Cancellation deadline

If the day before the viewing date falls on a weekday, Sunday or public holiday - until 5:00 PM
If the day before the performance day is a Saturday - by 11am
(Applicable to website, call center, and visit reservations)
However, if you make a reservation for a Sunday performance through the call center, you can only do it until 5pm on Friday.
※ Reservations cannot be made after the reservation deadline, and can be purchased on site depending on the availability of seats on the day of the performance.

Information about refund fee

From the reservation date to 8 days before the performance date: There is no cancellation fee
From 7 days before the performance date to 1 day before the performance date: : 10%
(*There is no cancellation fee for cancellations on the day after booking on the day, except for reservations on the day of the performance)
Cancellation is not possible on the day of performances.

Precautions when refund

Refunds can only be processed using the payment method used at the time of reservation.
Tickets are securities and cannot be cancelled or changed if lost or damaged.
If a customer holds an admission ticket, it must be returned before the cancellation deadline.
Partial cancellations or changes are made by canceling the entire reservation history and then re-booking.
If you make a reservation at another ticket agency or performance agency, you must follow the refund and change procedure of the ticket agency.
Refunds or changes cannot be made if the admission ticket is listed as an invitation ticket, invitation voucher, seat voucher, or special ticket issuance.

Refund requests

Refund applicants must submit ticket reservation and refund requests in the following ways:
A. Submit refund request (direct visit or registered mail)
B. Use of cancellation of reservation on Mapo Art Center website
C. Request a phone call to the call center (cancellation process after confirming the reservation number)
When making an account deposit payment using the call center, you must confirm the account number and date of birth (account holder) to receive the deposit when requesting a refund.
